Youth will get job with Collector and salary of  Rs. 40000, direct joining without examination:

Mukhyamantri Fellowship Programme 2024

The government has initiated a program known as the Chief Minister's Fellowship, through which young individuals will have the opportunity to work alongside bureaucrats and collectors in various job positions provided by the government.

The government aims to establish a connection between the youth and the bureaucrats occupying significant positions within the administration. This connection will be facilitated through the Chief Minister Fellowship Program, which will select 200 young individuals who have achieved first division marks from class 10th to graduation/post graduation and possess a commendable level of creativity in their endeavors.

Of these, each Collector will be assigned 50 youth, while Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, and Secretary rank officers will have 150 youth attached to them. The purpose behind this initiative is to engage these young individuals in brainstorming sessions to enhance the government's schemes. They may also assist in preparing scheme presentations when needed. High-level consent has already been secured, with only the Chief Minister's approval pending.

Candidates applying for the Chief Minister Fellowship Program must be between 21 and 30 years old. The government's rationale is to provide opportunities to more energetic youth at a younger age. Initially, they will serve for 2 years, with the possibility of extending for an additional year. A monthly stipend of Rs 40,000 will be provided.

The previous Congress government had introduced the Yuva Mitra Internship Scheme, which was discontinued by the BJP government upon assuming power, sparking opposition. Subsequently, the scheme was revamped and relaunched as the Chief Minister Fellowship Program. Participants will be required to study government schemes, promote them, and engage with beneficiaries. The government and departments will also have the option to seek input from these young individuals for scheme improvement, although their opinions may not always be adopted.

Update on the Chief Minister Fellowship Program:

The Chief Minister Fellowship Scheme offers young individuals a valuable chance to collaborate with esteemed senior officials and the Collector.
